You are always able to review the sample lease and you will receive a copy of the lease. If you prefer to sign it as an owner we can accommodate. -

How and when do I get my checks?
Typically after the 18th of the month after all bills and fees are paid. -
How is rent collection handled?
Notices given of delinquency; telephone/email/text communications of such, knock on the door, 3 or 30 day notice and ultimately eviction. Done on a case by case basis. -
How long of a lease do you sign?
One or two year leases. -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
Same as first full month of rent or more depending on applicant income/stability. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
Immediately -
What type of properties do you manage?
Single homes, multifamily units, apartments. -
What type of reports do I get and how often?
You have 24/7 access to the owner online portal and will receive financial reports at the end or beginning of every month. -
Do you have in house contractors, maintenance providers?
Yes, we can and do full renovations for owners or repairs as needed and are always cheaper than subcontractors, general contractors and handymen.
